PURPOSE: To consider one reappointment to the Hillsborough Board of Adjustment.
BACKGROUND: The term of Mr. Richard Silverman, who serves as an ETJ representative on
the Hillsborough Board of Adjustment, will expire .June 30, 2004. He has been filling a partial
term. He has expressed an interest in being reappointed and is eligible for reappointment,
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider reappointing Richard Silverman to the Hillsborough
Board of Adjustment to an Extraterritorial Jurisdiction seat for a first full term to expire June 30,
2007.
