Provide and install new Siemens PXC field panel for monitoring and control per change proposal. Reason for Change: The temperature sensors in the occupied spaces were only for the Carrier VVT controllers and not the RTU. According to the Carrier representative, the RTU was being internally command via the Carrier i-Vu system which is no longer active or installed on the site. As such, the only way to command the unit is via a local thermostat (like the other seven (7) RTUs for the site) or a BACnet integration card & an extensive PPCL sequence for a two-stage cooling RHU.
