a. Annual retreat scheduled for 2/2
b. Tonya Jones was nominated and accepting the position of HRC secretary
c. Discussed the annual retreat agenda, including a general overview, budget review,
planning for future events, and community survey analysis.
V. Sub-Committee Reports
a. Policies & Procedures
i. Alex Fowler expressed interest in joining the nominations and governance
subcommittee.
b. Outreach & Engagement
i. Discussed the use of the "One Orange" policy for equity and inclusion.
ii. Shane expressed interest in co-chairing the committee. TBD

c. Community Events
i. A co-chair is needed for the community events subcommittee.
ii. Pauli Murray awards date needs to be decided soon to avoid budget
issues.
