a. Brooke's Resignation effective immediately.
b. Applications will be pulled. Seats needs to be filled ASAP due to lack of quorum.
c. Secretary position is open and needs to be filled as soon as possible.
d. Annual report is due 1/17
V. Sub-Committee Reports
a. Policies & Procedures
i. Committee voted to maintain the 4th Tuesday of the month from 6-7:30 as
the meeting date/time. (Jem Merritt motion, Josh Ravich Second)
ii. Committee discussed adopting Roberts Rules of Order to formalize
meeting structure.
b. Outreach & Engagement
i. Brooke's departure leaves the chair position open
ii. Committee agreed to share duties amongst the remaining members.

c. Community Events
i. Discussed Pauli Murray awards and posited moving the date to April/June
to allow for applications.
ii. Discussed potential need for community conversation event post
presidential inauguration.
iii. Confirmed $500 funding for 2025 community dinner event. (Rhian
Carreker-Ford motion; Josh Ravich second)
