PURPOSE: To consider making one new appointment to the Carrboro NTA Advisory Board.
BACKGROUND: The term of Ms. Jean Earnhardt has expired and she is not eligible for
reappointment. The new appointee would be serving a first full term, ending 1/31/2Q08.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making one new appointment to the Carrboro NTA Advisory
Board, as the Board may desire.
