BACKGROUND: The terms of five members of the Affordable Housing Advisory Board will expire June 30, 2004. Of these, three -Jack S. Chestnut, Bonnie M.. Gates, and Nannie M. Richmond -would like to serve another term and are eligible to be reappointed. Two -David Bellin, and Stephen Jenks - do not seek reappointment.
