Two images in this pdf. 1 st is 100 du with the following dwelling unit count. 2nd is the 150
du plan. The differences are pretty apparent actually.
40 MF in 3 two story buildings
36 Single-Family dwellings
12 Duplex[Attached single family]
12 Townhomes [4 bldgs of 3 dwellings each]
1 6-bed Family Care Facility.
Emergency services secondary access remains the same.
Wells and wastewater subsurface distribution areas are in the same location.
Water demand and wastewater treatment needs are reduced by 1/3 for each.
We will have an annotated set of exhibits for the BOCC meeting- hand outs for BOCC as
well as in powerpoint. Also will have revised metrics for most major items.
