PURPOSE: To consider one change in the County Commissioners' regular meeting calendar
for the year 2004.
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-40, the Board of County
Commissioners must fix the time and place of its meetings or provide a notice of any change in
the Regular Meeting Schedule. The Board of County Commissioners will consider amending
their regular meeting schedule by adding a regular meeting to be held on Wednesday, .June 2,
2004 at 11:30 a,m, at the Government Services Center, in Hillsborough, North Carolina.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE
RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends that the Board amend their regular
meeting calendar by adding a meeting to be held on Wednesday, June 2, 2004 at 11:30 a,m, at
the Government Services Center, in Hillsborough, North Carolina.
