that North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) meet with the Board of County
Commissioners at a public meeting to present to and discuss with the board and other citizens
proposed secondary road paving projects (Secondary Roads Construction Program). NCDOT, in

allocation includes:
Paving Rural Unpaved Roads (11 road segments - 7,20 miles) $1,392,000
