Told her that overall the residents were saying

Informed Jasmine Craig about the flies in one
room, which she noted and stated she would look
into.
Also informed her that two residents had
concerns about the lack of timely call bell
answering and that one resident stated that she
had waited an hour to get help to go to the
bathroom.
