PURPOSE: To consider one change in the County Commissioners' regular meeting calendar
for the year 2005.
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-40, the Board of County
Commissioners must fix the time and place of its meetings or provide a notice of any change in
the Regular Meeting Schedule.
The Board of County Commissioners will consider amending their regular meeting schedule by
changing the date of the October 25, 2005 Work Session TO Monday, October 17, 2005 at
7:30 pm at the Government Services Center in Hillsborough, NC.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE
RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board amend their regular
meeting schedule by changing the date of the October 25, 2005 Work Session TO Monday,
October 17, 2005 at 7:30 pm at the Government Services Center in Hillsborough, NC.
