PURPOSE: To reappoint one member to the Orange County Board of Adjustment.
BACKGROUND: The first term of Dan Ferguson expires on June 30, 2002. He is eligible for
reappointment and wishes to continue to serve, having good attendance and participation on
the Board.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None
RECOMMENDATION(S): Reappoint Dan Ferguson to the Orange County Board of
Adjustment to a second term to expire June 30, 2005.
