BACKGROUND: There is one At-Large Vacancy and One Hillsborough Town Limits vacancy on the RPAC. The Clerk's Office has received a recommendation from the RPAC, to appoint Denise Dickinson and Floyd Bridgwater. If appointed, Ms. Dickinson would be serving a partial term, which would end, 3/31/2007, and Mr. Bridgwater would be serving a first full term, which would end 3/31/2008.
