THE ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF SOCIAL SERVICES MET ON MONDAY: September 18, 2023 at
Hillsborough Commons.
BOARD OF SOCIAL SERVICES MEMBERS PRESENT: Pat Garavaglia, Jamezetta Bedford, Jane Garrett,
and Oscar Fleming.
GUEST: None.
BOARD OF SOCIAL SERVICES MEMBER ABSENT: Ann Wilkerson.
STAFF PRESENT: Nancy Coston, Social Services Director.
Executive Session
The Board discussed the Director’s performance and evaluation.
Oscar Fleming moved to end the Executive Session and continue with the regular Board Meeting. Pat
Garavaglia seconded the motion. The motion was carried without dissent.
