THE ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF SOCIAL SERVICES MET ON MONDAY: March 20, 2023 at
Hillsborough Commons.
BOARD OF SOCIAL SERVICES MEMBERS PRESENT: Pat Garavaglia, Jamezetta Bedford, Jane Garrett,
Oscar Fleming and Ann Wilkerson.
GUEST: None.
BOARD OF SOCIAL SERVICES MEMBER ABSENT: None.
STAFF PRESENT: Nancy Coston, Social Services Director and Crystal Mitchell, Child Welfare Manager.
Executive Session
The Board discussed child welfare cases.
Ann Wilkerson moved to end the Executive Session and continue with the regular Board Meeting. Jane
Garrett seconded the motion. The motion was carried without dissent.
