BACKGROUND: The Carrboro NTA (Northern Transition Area) Advisory Committee consists of five members, three appointed by the Orange County Board of Commissioners and two by the Carrboro Board of Aldermen. All members must be residents of Carrboro's Northern Transition Area. There is currently a vacancy far a BOCC -appointed representative on this Committee.
