PURPOSE: To consider making new appointments to the Arts Commission.
BACKGROUND: The Arts Commission would like to recommend Amy Lawson and Sally
McKenzie to fill two At-Large vacancies on the Arts Commission. If appointed Ms. Lawson and
Ms. McKenzie would be serving partial terms, which would end 3/31/2007.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION (S): Consider making new appointments to the Arts Commission, as the Board
may desire.

The Orange County Arts Commission would like to suggest the following two volunteers to fill our current
vacancies:
Amy Lawson has excellent credentials in the fields of advertising and communication, She currently works

Sally McKenzie has excellent credentials in the fields of marketing, public relations and publishing. She is
