PURPOSE: To provide the Board with copies of Follow-up Action Lists from BOCC regular
meetings and non-budget work sessions from January 19, 1999 until June 18, 2002.
BACKGROUND: Following each BOCC regular meeting and non-budget work session, the
County Managers Office develops a Follow-up Action List which details items that staff needs
to address based on decisions and/or requests from the BOCC. This practice started in
January 1999 and has continued up to and including the last BOCC regular meeting on June
18, 2002.
The attached Follow-up Lists are provided in sets by calendar year and represent lists since
January 1999. The items that are shaded have been completed. A summary listing of the
Outstanding BOCC Follow-up Items (items not yet completed) is also provided on yellow-
colored paper.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with the BOCC receiving copies
of the Follow-up Action Lists.
RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the Follow-up
Action Lists and provide any direction to staff.
