The kitchen is small for today's market. The exterior has suffered years of water damage by mold which can be seen by the rotting decks and loose screens. • The property was visited on 6/13/2024. The area labeled"deck"at the back right corner is in fact a garden enclosed with a privacy screen and does not need to be included on the sketch. The deck noted in the yard items is actually a dock on the lake and the porch must have been a gazebo which has since been removed.
