PURPOSE: To consider one change in the County Commissioners' regular meeting calendar
for the year 2004.
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-40, the Board of County
Commissioners must fix the time and place of its meetings ar provide a notice of any change in
the Regular Meeting Schedule. The Board of County Commissioners will consider changing the
May 6, 2004 Budget Work Session to Wednesday, May 5, 2004 at 7:30 p.m. at the Southern
Human Services Center, 2501 Homestead Road, Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE
RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends that the Board amend their regular
meeting calendar by changing the May 6, 2004 Budget Work Session to Wednesday, May 5,
2004 at 7:30 p.m. at the Southern Human Services Center, 2501 Homestead Road, Chapel Hill,
North Carolina.
