i. Welcomed new interim director Bonnie H.
b. Bonnie Hammersley emphasized the interest of applicants to participate in the
meeting.

a. Confirmed the 3-minute rule for sharing about projects.
viii. Community Updates:
i. Kimberly: Community Home Trust developing 21 townhomes, addressing
subsidy gaps due to increased costs, serving 50-40% AMI.
ii. Joseph (CHP): Got HUD approval to rebuild properties, preventing the
loss of 30% of units.
iii. Delores Bailey: NOAH project, ten affordable homes for low-income
families, 30-60% AMI.
b. Hudson: Peewee Dignified Homes, three new homes for individuals transitioning
from homelessness.
ix. Project Updates:
a. Rachel (CASA): 32-unit apartment project, partnering with TCH, Self-help, CASA,
and Home Trust, providing safe housing for women.
b. Amanda (CASA): Cedar Village project in Hillsborough, 72 affordable units, 30-
50%AMI units for veterans and DV victims.

xi. CASA:
i. Holly noted consistent efforts for affordable housing.
ii. Matt A. raised concerns about the proposal's focus on OC residents.
iii. Erica clarified the new scoring sheet set up by commissioners.
b. Bonnie emphasized the need for continuous improvement in the scoring matrix.
xii. CHP:
i. Lynn expressed confusion about funding sources.
ii. Kyle highlighted the project's accessibility features and underserved
location.
b. Hasan recommended amendments based on the project's location.
xiii. CHT:
i. Matt F. pointed out low scores in building and site design.
b. Hasan highlighted the project's proximity to public transportation.
xiv. Empowerment:
i. Lynn raised concerns about funding clarity.
ii. Andrew suggested consistent scoring criteria.
b. Hasan emphasized the importance of saving 18 affordable homes.
xv. Habitat:
i. Matt F. disagreed on serving special needs residents.
