• Orange County Disclosure Statements were completed and collected prior to the meeting being
called to order.
• Chair Leon Meyers called the meeting to order at 1:01 pm.
• Chair Leon Meyers opened the Board for accepting appeals for 2024.No appeals were scheduled
for this convening meeting.
• The meeting dates for 2024 were reviewed.

Chair Leon Meyers will not be able to attend the June 5'meeting.Barbara Levine will act as
Chair for the June 5`'meeting. There were no other conflicts of schedule with the board members
at this time.
Chair Leon Meyers made a motion to accept the 2024 meeting schedule.Barbara Levine
seconded the motion.
• Chad Phillips reminded the board members that the real property appeal information will be
available in Spatialest.Personal property appeal information will be sent in a PDF format.
• Board members commented that it was very helpful receiving appeal information several days
prior to the meeting dates last year. Chad Phillips assured them that they would continue to
receive the appeal information at least three days prior to the meeting whenever possible.
• Chair Leon Meyers adjourned the meeting at 1:08 pm.
