STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA AMENDMENT TO LEASE
COUNTY OF ORANGE
The lease between Orange County ( hereinafter sometimes referred to as " County" and The Alliance for
Historic Hillsborough , Inc . ( hereinafter sometimes referred to as "Tenant" ) entered into on the 19th
day of March , 2024 , is hereby amended as follows , and all other provisions remain in effect unless
expressly mentioned herein . In the event of a conflict between the original lease and this amendment
the terms of this amendment shall be controlling .
Paragraph 3 . ( a ) The new Lease term shall commence on April 1, 2024, and shall expire at midnight on
June 30, 2024 . Thereafter with the mutual consent of the parties , the lease shall be extended in three
year increments commencing on July 1 , 2024, and ending at midnight on June 30 , 2027 .
.3 Paragraph c The amount of rent shall increase to a sum of $ 520 per month , the first such increase
shall be paid for the month commencing on April 1 , 2024 .
