PURPOSE: To consider one reappointment to the Recreation and Parks Advisory Council.
BACKGROUND: The terms of two members of the Recreation and Parks Advisory Council
expired March 31, 2004, They are Robb English, Vice-Chair, and Marla Fearrington, who have
both been serving partial terms, Of these, only Mr, English is seeking reappointment, and he is
eligible to be reappointed,
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider appointing Robb English to the Recreation and Parks
Advisory Council to a first full term to expire 03/31/2007,

Rob English, Hillsborough Township, has consented to serve another year on the R&P Advisory Board.
Lindsay Wichers, Bingham Township, resigned because she is moving out of her Township to Durham.

Marla Fearrington, Cheeks Township, advised me today that she cannot serve another year on our board
due to family conflict.
Therefore, we have vacancies from Bingham and Cheeks.. I have checked the vacancies on the Internet
and don't see anyone from either of these townships to be replacements.
If you need any further information, please let me know.

Lindsay called me yesterday about 4:45 PM and said she would have to recline being on the RPAC board
because she had a conflict this month, be out of town next month at the time of our meetings and will be
moving to another county in May..
She has not attended any meetings because our January meeting was cancelled because of bad weather.
1 have checked the Intranet and we don't have anyone living in that township that we can replace her with..
