Request for Design Services
TRC Project No. 598439
TRC is submitting this task order in reference to the methane gas report data entry and electronic
submission.
INTRODUCTION: The EPA requires solid waste facilities over a certain volume submit a greenhouse gas
report annually. Bruce Woody asked that I assist him in getting this data submitted through the EPA’s
portal which is due on April 1, 2024.
REQUESTED SERVICE: Orange County Solid Waste Management (Client) has asked TRC Engineering
(TRC) to submit the EPA e-GGRT Electronic Greenhouse Gas Report on behalf of Orange County Regional
Landfill (GHGRP ID 528297) for the year 2024.
FEES: The fee for this work is a lump sum of $2,500 to be paid when work is complete.
Task A – Greenhouse Gas Report ........................................................................................................................... $2,500.00
DELIVERABLES: The information will be confirmed to have been submitted electronically. Draper Aden
Associates will respond to any questions or comments from the EPA that follow the submission of the
2023 data for Greenhouse Gas.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Client must provide TRC with relevant methane emission data by March
19, 2024 in order for TRC to meet the project submission deadline by April 1, 2024.

I/We agree and accept TRC Engineers’ proposal to provide the above-described services. We
understand the Scope of Services as provided herein and agree to the fees estimated for these services.
We further acknowledge that TRC Engineers will provide a proposal for any change in the Scope of
Services described herein and that a signed agreement to provide those additional services will be
executed prior to any work being performed.
