PURPOSE: To consider appointments to the Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee..
BACKGROUND: There will be three vacancies an this Committee, effective April 1, 2004, with the
recent resignation of Ms. Florence G. Saltys, and the non-renewal of the terms of Ms. Charron Andrews
and Ms. Alice V, McCall Smith.
The Clerk's office has received several applications that have been reviewed by the Adult Care Home
Community Advisory Committee. The Committee has made a recommendation far appointment for
three of the applicants, i.e., Dr, Laurin Easterhom, Ms. Ann Chamberlain, and Ms. Shannon Pounds.

Care Home Community Advisory Committee. OTHER COMMENTS: Very interested
in helping the adult mentally alert but physcially challenged live on their awn. There is
nothing for them in this county. I also beleive that Senior Citizens should have better care
both physically and mentally. There are a lot of lonely seniors in just this county alone.
