RE: Upcoming Unified Development Ordinance Amendments
This memo has been prepared in an effort to keep the Board of County Commissioners
(BOCC) and interested members of the public informed regarding upcoming Unified
Development Ordinance (UDO) amendments. Planning staff has begun work on three
necessary amendments to the UDO. The table below shows the topic, purpose, and
anticipated Planning Board meeting and BOCC public hearing dates.
