PURPOSE: To consider filling a vacancyon the OPC (Orange-Person-Chatham)Area
Program Board of Directors.
BACKGROUND: There is one vacant floating At-Large seat(i.e., this seat can be filled by any
of the three participating counties of Orange, Parson or Chatham)on the OPC Area Program
Board.
