Yes and 13: Most residents were able to reach no* their call bells,however one resident was sitting in a chair with the table beside her and the bed and her call bell was attached to the bed- not within her reach. 1. Were residents asked their preferences or opinions about Yes* 15: Residents were very enthusiastic about the activities planned for them at the facility? the activities program and the staff. Bingo was mentioned as an activity that is really enjoyed. It was also mentioned that the activity director makes room visits to make sure that residents get to participate in activities they enjoy. 1. No Areas of Concern Yes/No/N Exit Summary Are there resident issues or topics that need follow-up or review at Informed the Administrator that the a later time or during the next visit? residents and families we visited expressed satisfaction with the care received, attention to their needs by nursing staff,the food and the environment. The Activity program continues to be a strength and enjoyed by the residents. The only irregularity we found was one call bell not within reach. Covid case numbers are increasing in Orange County and the Administrator informed us that they are doing regular Covid testing per CDC guidelines and requesting residents wear masks during group activities.
