PURPOSE: To consider two appointments to the Adult Care Home Community Advisory
Committee.
BACKGROUND: There are two vacancies on the Adult Care Home Community Advisory
Committee and three applications, two of which are those of Me. Cherie Rosamond and Ms.
Florence G. Soltys,who both are farmer members of the ACHCAC. Ms. Rosamond served
from 11/16193-12/31/2000 and Ms. Soltys served from 9/22192-6/3012000. Both are now
interested In serving on the Committee again and both are eligible. A latter of recommendation
has been received by the Clerk's office from the Chair.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None
RECOMMENDATION(S): Appoint Cherie Rosamond and Florence G. Soltys to the Adult
Care Home Community Advisory Committee, both to one-yeartraining terms to expire June 30,
2003. They would be eligible for reappointment at that time to a two-year regular term.
