On jobs above $8,000.00 dollars, GPC will require a partial payment of 35% on front and the balance by the end of the project when job is completed, previous inspection with customer and project manager Cancellation Fee: Once estimate is approved and the start date is already set, cancellation of the project will have a cancellation fee for the 5% of the total price of the project approved. GPC provide a six (6) months limited warranty on workmanship. For partial interior paint projects will have a six (6) limited warranty. Gutter replacements: 3-year warranty for full replacement and/or areas that GPC worked on.
