This memorandum to the Board of County Commissioners is notice of employees that have retired
during the period of October 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. This is also to recognize and
express gratitude to retirees for their devotion and service to Orange County and its residents and
extend thanks to each of these retirees for their service to Orange County and for their dedication in
meeting the primary mission of Orange County, in serving our residents with fairness, respect and
understanding.
