Carmody moves to approve, Sykes seconds, unanimous
6:10 PM Updates from Members
Miles: This past Saturday worked with Fair Housing Project at a Disability
Summit on tenant rights and landlord laws... will have another one in the spring and would
like Board to help get the word out
Arlyn: with wife expecting 11"child (boy), will have reduced capacity for a bit
but intends to stay on board
Rosser: met with member Weatherly-Rosner about her concerns from last
meeting, will allow her to share if she chooses
