PURPOSE: To consider one reappointment to the Adult Care Home Community Advisory
Committee (ACHCAC).
BACKGROUND: The terms of three members of the Adult Care Home Community Advisory
Committee will expire on March 31, 2004. Terms on this Committee are for two years.
Of these, Carol Gunther-Mohr is seeking, and is eligible for, reappointment to a second term.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider appointing Carol Gunther-Mohr to a second term on the
Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee, with a term expiration of 3/31/2006.
