PURPOSE: To considerappointing two County Commissioners to the Fairview Area Master
Plan Committee.
BACKGROUND: AT the May 8, 2002 Board of County Commissioners joint meeting with the
Town of Hlllaborough, the two governing beads spread to each appoint two members to a
small group to address issues for the development of the Fairview Park area.The Hillsborough
Town Commissioners have chosen Marc Sheridan and Ken Chavious to woda with two County
Commissioners on this project.
Staff support will be Craig Benedict and Dave Stancll.
The Board of County Commissioners needs to appoint two members of the B.O.C.C. to this
Committee.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None
RECOMMENDATION(S):Appoint two members from the Board of County Commissioners to
the Fairview Park Master Plan Committee.
