BACKGROUND: Me. Marty Mandell's tens will expire on 6130/2002 on the Agricultural Preservation Boartl. She is eligible to serve two more terms and wishes to continue on the Board. There are two At-Large vacancies and five individuals on the interest list. Members are selected and appointed for this particular Board by the Board of County Commissioners. Note: There are also two vacant positions for Perpetual Voluntary Agricultural District Members because Josephine and Stewart Barbour and Bob Nutter do not choose to participate. FINANCIAL IMPACT: None RECOMMENDATION(S): Reappoint Marty Mandell W a first full term on the Agricultural Preservation Board for a term to expire on June 30, 2005 and, if the Board chooses to do so, appoint two new members
