PURPOSE: To consitlertwo appointments to the Adult Care Home Community Advisory
Committee.
BACKGROUND: There are two vacancies on the Adult Care Home Community Advisory
Committee and three applications, two of which are those of Ms. Crane Rosamond and Ms.
Florence G. So". who both are farmer members of the ACHCAC. Ma. Rosemond served
from 11/16/93- 12/312000 and Ms. Sahye eaves!from 922/92—6/302000 Both are now
interested in serving on the Committee again and both are eligible. A letter of recommendation
has been received by the Clerk's office from the Chair.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None
RECOMMENDATION(S): Appoint Cherie Rosamond and Florence G. Soltys to the Adult
Care Home Community Advisory CommMee, both to one-year training terns to expire June 30,
2003. They would be eligible for reappointment at that time to a two-year regular term.
