New member Weatherly introduced herself, and other members and staff also introduced themselves. A motion was made to approve May 2023 meeting minutes [Sykes, Murdock-Doherty]. All in favor, none opposed. No updates from members. Program Manager Report • Monthly Overview • Programmatic Reports— Utilization, Voucher Issuance, VMS • Informal Hearings— No May hearings, 1 June hearing so far ■ Results of 6/1/23 hearing • HCV Program Update • PHA-Web Five Year Plan & Annual Plan These documents are required by HUD, Blake presented drafts of each document to the board members and got feedback. Blake will incorporate board feedback into a revised draft that board members can vote to approve at the June OCHA meeting.
