1. Welcome &Announcements Shade Little, Chair
MaryLou Gelblum, Karen Green-McElveen were present
Jemm Merritt joined online. She has started the self-study training.
2. Minutes from 1Nov2022 by Shade Little, Chair was approved.
3. Triangle J Council of Governments Report by Autumn Cox, Ombudsman.
A state survey has been completed at Stratford with a new administrator, Devon.
4. Department on Aging Report by Lydia Arnold, subbing for Kim Lamon-Loperfido,ATA.
She mentioned a new drop-in half-day daycare. She was asked if The Department of Aging
canadvocate for staff(probably not), and help caregivers (plans forthcoming).
S. Assisted Living Reports were approved.

We should give information to caregivers/visitors when they are present as we visit.
We should remain aware of Department of Aging resources/activities/.
