ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: There is no Orange County Environmental Responsibility Goal impact associated with this item. RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the recommended appointments as reviewed and discussed during the June 1, 2023 Work Session.
