You have 30 days from the date of the Mitigation Offer Letter to accept or decline the mitigation offer of assistance
by signing the appropriate section below and returning it in the addressed envelope to Orange County Emergency
Management Division, Attn : Sarah Pickhardt . Failure to respond to the offer within 30 days from the date of the
offer constitutes declining the Mitigation Offer.
Please be advised the County will not reserve the funds for your property and will offer the funds to another property
in the floodplain , if you decline the offer . However, the offer to you will remain only as funds remain available .
