PURPOSE: To mnsideramendments to the bylaws of the CFW.
BACKGROUND: A vote was taken by the CFW at Rs April 17, 2002 meeting to emend the by-
laws as provided on the attached document (proposed amendments appear in bold italic type.)
It has been the Boards practice to confirm changes in bylaws when adopted by a standing
beard or commission.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None
RECOMMENDATION($): Approve changes in bylaws for the CFW as presented.
