BACKGROUND: The ABC Board has the authority to buy, sell, transport and possess alcoholic beverages for the operation of its stores. This Board also adopts rules for the ABC system and has the authority to hire and dismiss employees. The Board of County Commissioners appoints all five (5) At-Large members.
