CONTRACT AMENDMENT
ORANGE COUNTY (REV. 5/15/23, NOT FOR USE
IN OTHER AGREEMENTS)
THIS CONTRACT AMENDMENT (“Amendment”) is made and entered into this 15th day of
____May_, 2023 by and between ORANGE COUNTY (hereinafter referred to as “County”) and
Woolpert, NC (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”).
WITNESSETH:
THAT WHEREAS, the County and Provider entered into a contract dated March 27, 2023, (hereinafter the
“Original Agreement”), for the provision of services for Orange County Public Schools, Capital Needs
Assessment ; and
WHEREAS, the County and Provider desire to amend the Original Agreement while keeping in effect all
terms and conditions of the Original Agreement not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth
below.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements made herein, the
parties agree to amend the Original Agreement as follows:
1. The original agreement was executed in the name of Woolpert.
2. That that agreement should have been executed under the name of “Woolpert, North Carolina.”
3. That the name “Woolpert” is a typographical error and the actual name of the contracting entity is
“Woolpert, North Carolina.”
4. This amendment is hereby executed to reflect the correct name entity as the proper party to the
contract, “Woolpert, North Carolina.”
5. Except as hereby amended all other provisions of the contract shall remain in effect. .
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, this Amendment has been executed by the parties hereto, as of the
date first above written.
