Board approved all items with below exceptions: Ch. 5, changing language on terminations from "habitual and extreme" to "extreme and intentional," plus providing examples e.g. ripping out wire/pipe, toppling appliance, ripping out fixtures/doors, etc. Also provided examples of what it is NOT, e.g. normal wear and tear (esp. caused by medical equipment) Ch. 7 want to continue discussing about requiring photo ID, there is concern it could allow for easy fraud Ch. 12 want to continue discussing about other instances to require termination, e.g. for extreme drug activity (will also need to define).
