BACKGROUND: There are now two At-Large vacancies on the Commission for the Environment with the recent resignation of Ms, Cara M. Crider. One At-Large position expires 12/31/04 (Ms. Crisler's). One At-Large position expires 12/31/06, (This was Mr, Charles C, Daniel's, III, position, who was moved to position number 5, by BOCC action an 12/1/03 - to take Mr. Daniel Okun's place upon Mr. Okun's completion of two terms,l2/31/03,) Several volunteer applications have been received by the Clerk's office for these vacancies and are attached.. FINANCIAL IMPACT: None, RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making appointments to the Commission for the Environment as the Board may decide, Position number 7 is At-Large, with a partial term to expire December 31, 2004,.
