Amended Scope The County has charged our team with incorporating a design for a small renovation project on the first floor of the WCOB. The proposed work consists of adding a wall built and a door to convert a previous storage area into an office. No changes to HVAC or fire protection sprinkler system are anticipated, however, electrical drawings will be required identifying changes to switch locations and any circuiting. See Exhibit A HH Architecture will prepare bulletin drawings and submit to Orange County Inspections for approval. The scope will then be incorporated into WB Brawley’s current construction contract via change order. Consultants For Electrical Engineering, we propose: Bass, Ni xon & Kennedy, Inc.
