The agreement was then sent to Carrboro for their signature. As the signatures for this agreement require that they be notarized, the contract was routed on paper and not through DocuSign. The second amendment was signed by Carrboro on April 19th, 2022 and then signed by the County Manager on April 29th, 2022. The signed amendment is included as an attachment for your reference. As the Second Amendment does not specify additional funds for the project, only a change in the cost allocation plan, this memo serves as documentation, along with the signed Second Amendment, to allocate the balance of the authorized budget for the project. This is calculated to be $18,466,806.31.
