Areas of Concern Exit Summary
Staff Yes 1. Executive Director is always absent when
CAC visits.
2. Current staff are doing double duty.
3. Most of staff are having to take on duties
outside of their job scope.
4. Others staff are asked to remain late
and/or come in early.
Resident Living Yes 5. Resident baths now 3/week, down from
daily, done with only 2 workers.
6. Cold food complaints are most likely the
result of same two workers serving the
meals.
COVID Yes 2 staff out with COVID, back after 5 days
