BACKGROUND: There is one vacancy for a resident of Carrboro, and two At-Large vacancies on the Advisory Board on Aging. The Clerk's office has received a Letter of Recommendation for the appointment of Jennie Capparella, Dougald M. Monroe, Jr. and Arthrell D. Sanders to fill these positions. FINANCIAL IMPACT: None RECOMMENDATION(S): Appoint the following people to the Advisory Board on Aging: Jennie Capparella as a Carrboro representative with a term ending June 30, 2003; Dougald M.
